Location in Ginza was excellent (which is why we chose the hotel). A pleasant walk to Ginza Metro (enabling travel throughout Tokyo. We bought the 3 day metro ticket online which ended up being good value), shops, restaurants, small supermarkets. Reception staff were extremely helpful (as in the other hotels we stayed in). Reception staff have advice prepared on local restaurants. Be prepared to queue for the popular ones though. Breakfast choice Japanese or Western was very good, the Western (non buffet) breakfast was excellent with more than enough to start the day. Self service drinks choice at breakfast was also excellent (coffee, tea, juices). Our room, if not a bit small but normal for Japan, was very good. Beds were very comfortable, great shower and of course Japanese multi function toilet! Highly recommend this hotel.

location: Great location off the Main Street in Ginza, hotel had a good lounge with options to heat up food. there is a laundry on site too which is helpful. as a family we felt very safe going out at night then walking back to the hotel afterwards late at night room size: we stayed as a family, 2 Adults + 14yr old and a 10yr old and the sleeping arrangement was fine with a third bed. it was a bit small though but expected. just enough (barely) space to lay down two large luggages bathroom: was very clean and spacious transport: super close to public transport within walking distance shopping and food: lots of very good shopping and restaurants near by. Not many budget food options around the location but there’s a Lawson next door. if you need it there is a ta-q-bin down the road.

Stylish hotel in a great part of Ginza, convenient for the Ginza and Shimbashi stations. Plenty of convenience stores nearby, and a shared kitchen that guests can use on the 2nd floor. Guests get one free drink each from the bar, which is a nice touch! The room size is small but not bad for Tokyo. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. Pajamas are provided, as are slippers, and most bathroom amenities can be taken from the reception if you need them (razor, wash cloth, toothbrush, etc.) as well as tea bags and coffee to use with the kettle. Staff were incredibly helpful, including helping us dispose of a broken suitcase for a charge of ¥3000. They unfortunately don't do a takkyubin service from the hotel but there's a Yamato Kuroneko office just down the road.

I loved this property! The staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful! Location was clean and I loved the layout of the room. The bathroom shower/bath is genius. It was in a great location for shopping and 8 minutes away from Ginza station. We had breakfast at the hotel the first morning and had many trips to Family mart and 7-11. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo! I didn’t catch her name which I am so sad about but she worked the front desk and was the sweetest person to me throughout my entire stay. She helped me find a money exchange location and wrote instructions to give to the taxi driver for Tokyo station in Japanese! Her service and attention is the top reason why I would stay here again.

We stayed as a family of three—mother and two kids —on our first trip to Tokyo in July. It was a great experience! The room was small, which is typical for hotels in Japan in general, but the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, offering both Japanese and Western options that we all enjoyed. The hotel also has laundry facilities, although there can be a bit of a wait to use them. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to the train station and Ginza Six, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay!
